The Challenge & Vision
The problem
Tappea needed a premium promotional video that could clearly showcase its all-in-one hospitality software without overwhelming the audience. The platform combines POS, digital menus, mobile ordering and payments, internal restaurant operations, analytics, invoicing, and VeriFactu compliance — all within one ecosystem.
The challenge was to communicate these features within a short, engaging video while maintaining a consistent visual style, making the software UI easy to understand, and keeping the experience dynamic enough for both website and social media use.

The platform combines POS, digital menus, mobile ordering and payments, internal restaurant operations, analytics, invoicing, and VeriFactu compliance — all within one ecosystem.
The challenge was to communicate these features within a short, engaging video while maintaining a consistent visual style, making the software UI easy to understand, and keeping the experience dynamic enough for both website and social media use.
The approach
I developed a custom motion graphics video combining real footage, UI animation, 2D illustrations, and 3D device mockups to create a polished and modern visual experience.
The video was structured around Tappea's key features, using smooth transitions and animated UI interactions to demonstrate how each part of the platform works in a real hospitality environment. I also recreated and optimized UI elements where needed to ensure they remained sharp and visually consistent throughout the animation.
A Spanish voiceover was produced specifically for the video, with expressive delivery and carefully timed animation to create a natural connection between the narration and visuals. Additional attention was given to screen transitions, mobile mockups, typography, sound effects, and pacing to make the final video feel professional and engaging.
The result is a high-quality promotional video that presents Tappea's complete ecosystem in a clear, visually compelling way while strengthening the brand's professional image.
